As a Warehouse Specialist, you are responsible for efficiently and safely managing seed and non-seed batches within the warehouse. You work according to established protocols and use modern inventory management systems. In this role, you directly contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of products for further processing.Over de functie
The Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in the logistics process. You ensure smooth goods flow and that products are stored, picked, and processed correctly. You work closely with colleagues and act as a key point of contact for questions related to processing orders and storage.
Your responsibilities:
- Carrying out tasks according to established procedures and monitoring progress
- Acting as a point of contact for processing order status and storage inquiries
- Picking and transporting seed and non-seed batches and handling administrative processing
- Efficiently picking and returning orders using a scanner within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Organizing and optimizing the warehouse
- Ensuring high-quality storage of (high-value) seeds and non-seed products
- Unloading goods without damage
- Complying with safety regulations and guidelines

Wat wij vragen
- MBO education or equivalent level
- Own housing
- Speak goed Dutch
- Forklift certificate and driving skills
- Experience in warehouse management or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and handle stress
- Accuracy and ability to prioritize
- Experience with warehouse systems and scanners is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of and compliance with ESH and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
- Physically capable of performing heavier tasks
